To qualify student participants must be:

• Oregon resident
• Enrolled in high school
• Residential Program participants must be rising 11^th or 12^th graders
• Day Program participants open to all high school students (rising 9^th-12^th grade)
• Financial Eligibility: Low-income (examples: SNAP, WIC, TANF, FDPIR, ACA, and/or Pell grant eligible, other...)
