To qualify student participant must:

• Be an Oregon resident
• Be enrolled in high school 
• Only rising11th and rising12th grade students eligible for SAIL summer programs
• Financial Eligibility: Low-income (examples: qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch, SNAP, WIC, TANF, FDPIR, ACA, and/or Pell grant eligible)
