LOL, ROTFL, giggling so hard you snort coffee out your nose… how many times do you laugh every day, and at what? Dig in deep beneath the jokes, the pranks, the cats drinking in showers, and the laugh tracks to discover how comedy shapes who we are as a society and how we treat each other. Explore the dark side that relies on stereotypes and creates laughter by making fun of people. Look at the heroic side in which comedy shines a light on prejudices and helps us better understand others. Hear from guest lecturers, visit a stand-up show, and produce a comedy documentary.
