FIG Assistant: Valerie

Hello! My name is Valerie, and I am your FIG assistant this year! I am a fourth-year student majoring in Neuroscience with minors in Global Health, Biology, and Chemistry. My hometown is Beaverton, OR, but I was born in Accra, Ghana. Outside of class, I enjoy watching movies, sewing, reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with my friends. If you have any song or movie recommendations, please feel free to share them with me! It is my pleasure to help guide you all through the science and real-life applications of this FIG. I check my email frequently, so don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you need support. The first year of college is such a dynamic time, and I would like to help you all make the most of it. See you this fall!
