The FIG program collaborates with many different campus partners in order to craft a positive first-term experience and set them on the path to success for their four years at the University of Oregon. These collaborations include integrating library learning and a targetted lesson from research librarians in the area of the FIG's content, as well as guidance from Academic Advisors and peer mentors to help with schedule building and planning their degree path.
Other connections include integrating the resources and materials produced by the Teaching and Learning Center to help students adjust to college-level academics and workloads, and providing information about various health and mental wellness resrouces and tools available on campus for students to utilize.
