On September 25th all FIGs and FIG students began an eight week long competitive scavenger hunt! The hunt gives students the opportunity to get to know campus, their peers, and the surrounding community.
Each FIG is a team, and each team competes by completing items on the challenge list. Each item is worth a certain amount of points, and the FIG with the highest number of points will be the winner! We will also offer specialty awards, such as funniest or most creative post.
New activities may also be added throughout the term, so be sure to keep an eye on our social media! (@uofigs)
Example activities include:
- Have a water balloon fight in the rain.
- Reenact a scene from “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” in a pumpkin patch.
- Attend the second annual UO Hip Hop Jam.
- Walk through Hendricks Park, cleaning up any litter you find.
